Oh, and I also love an atmospheric, buzzy restaurant and frequent those on regular basis.<\/p>

I\u2019m an ex binge eater who used to hide red velvet cupcakes in her bathroom closet and think of food as her enemy number one.<\/p>

I can\u2019t imagine many women answering \u201cno\u201d. I think most of us would answer \u201cyes\u201d, often followed by a \u201cbut…\u201d and accompanied with an air of shame and frustration.<\/span><\/p>

I hear you! I used to also think it\u2019s impossible for me to ever to establish long lasting, healthy habits. I used to think that I\u2019m just not one of <\/span>those<\/span> people, that it\u2019s possible for <\/span>them<\/span> but not me. I was wrong and I know that you are wrong too.<\/span><\/p>
